This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will develop today
and tonight across the western Carolinas and northeast Georgia. Very
heavy rainfall and isolated flash flooding will once again be the
primary threat in areas impacted by multiple thunderstorms this
afternoon and evening. Otherwise, expect cloud-to-ground lightning
and locally heavy rainfall with any thunderstorms that develop. A
few of the thunderstorms may also be accompanied by gusty winds.
