Northwestern York County in Upstate South Carolina…

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 438 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles south of
Gastonia, or 4 miles northeast of Clover, moving west at 10 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Gastonia, South Gastonia, Clover, Crowders Mountain State Park,
Lake Wylie, Crowders, Bethany, Town Of Lake Wylie, Cramerton and
Bessemer City.
