With plenty of moisture in place, localized flooding is possible
today and tonight from any heavy downpours associated with isolated
to scattered showers and thunderstorms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Saturday through Thursday.

..Saturday…Heavy rain possible.
..Sunday…Heavy rain with flooding possible. Tropical moisture
interacting with a frontal zone may bring organized heavy rainfall
back to the region.

* Flood Advisory for…
Northeastern Chester County in Upstate South Carolina…

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 918 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to one inch of rain has fallen since 815 PM.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Fort Lawn, Richburg, Edgemoor and Fishing Creek Reservoir.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

line extending from 5 miles east of York to 11 miles east of Chester,
and moving west at 20 mph.

Locations to be impacted include…
