* At 908 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles south of
Gastonia, or near South Gastonia, and is nearly stationary.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT…Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.
