* Until 915 PM EDT.
* At 841 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 11 miles northwest of Pickens, or 5 miles northeast of
Jocassee Gorges, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD…Tornado.
SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Caesars Head State Park and Dupont State Forest around 900 PM EDT.
